1️⃣ Quality Guarantee
If there is an issue with the print quality of your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us for a free replacement or refund. Please include clear photos of the defect.
2️⃣ No Returns for Size or Material Preferences
Each item is printed on demand with no inventory stock. We provide detailed size charts and garment information (e.g., Gildan 6400 for t-shirts), so we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect sizing or fabric preferences. Please review the sizing guide before ordering.
3️⃣ Color Variations
We aim for consistent colors across all prints, but variations may occur due to different printing machines, settings, and materials. Slight differences in color do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4️⃣ Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Contact me within 30 days with photos of the issue.
5️⃣ Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. If the tracking shows no movement or is marked as lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement order.
6️⃣ Incorrect Address / Returned to Sender
🚨 We do NOT offer reshipments for incorrect addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or was rejected by the recipient, it will not be resent automatically. A new order must be placed, and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the replacement.
